Please reschedule or request to have a virtual session if you or anyone in your family is experiencing "allergy" symptoms. Your appointment will be rescheduled if you or anyone in your party arrives exhibiting "allergy" symptoms of any severity.
In the event that Summer Allan Wilson LCSW must cancel or reschedule your appointment: Every effort will be made to contact you as soon as possible. The office of Summer Wilson will contact you via the email and /or the cell phone provided in the online scheduling system. Please keep your contact information current.
BAD WEATHER: In the case of BAD WEATHER, Summer's office will follow the same closure/delay schedule as ATHENS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE: you will have a couple opportunities to let me know before your scheduled appointment. When you receive the appointment reminder, you can cancel then. If an emergency arises, and I know it happens from time to time, please send me an email or a text message.
IF YOU ABANDON YOUR APPOINTMENT: the office of Summer Wilson reserves the right to charge you a fee up to $100. Your online scheduling privileges will be suspended until the abandonment fee is paid or before another appointment will be scheduled by the office of Summer Allan Wilson.
